The hillside location allows a spectacular, calming view into the beautiful Bavarian countryside. The entire house is of particularly high quality, lovingly and stylishly furnished. Within walking distance of the most beautiful nature, the local market square, the swimming lake, as well as the S-Bahn (40 min) to Munich.

Whether skiing, hiking, city strolls in Rosenheim or a day trip to Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck, the location is perfect! (Car is recommended🙈) The apartment is completely new and furnished just for you. You have access to the stream and a super cute balcony! The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! Ground floor apartment for rent in a farming village in beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, district of Rosenheim. Large living room, bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with tub, almost 75 sqm, parking space. There is a butcher's shop with snacks and baked goods in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket only 2 km away. Many restaurants in the area, cycle paths, 2 train stations (6 km, direction to Munich, Rosenheim). Best for 2 guests, 2 add. beds are possible on request.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).
