Excellent stay in the apartment Alta vista !! It is located on Avenida Norte de Tunja, with public transports that pass by. Secure building with cameras. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good Bed, Good TVs, Giant Wardrobe and New Washer. The kitchen brings good tools like blender and toaster. The very bright room because it has a large window. I 100% recommend Iván's apartment, both for short and long stays in Tunja.

A very nice, quiet place. Well-equipped, comfortable and located in an area nice and safe, close to places of interest, such as shopping malls and Plaza de Bolivar in Tunja, ideal if you are going to walk around different towns and/or places in Boyacá and want to stay in a central location

Communication with Xiomara was very fast and clear, the place is very cozy, super bright and warm, we thought that being in Tunja it would be a bit cold, but we were pleasantly surprised, very cozy, Don Jhon who takes care of the delivery of the apartment is very kind and diligent. We'd come back if we return to Tunja.

The host was always very attentive to us from the time of booking. The place was very nice and well maintained. The beds were excellent for resting.

The location is perfect. The place was spotless and exactly as seen in photos. It was all very complete for our stay: kitchen, towels, soaps. Angela and her mother very quetida, always pending our arrival, giving directions, and also pending during the time we were there. It's definitely a place to come back!

Beautiful house with spacious bedrooms. There is a large kitchen with everything you need. It is located in a quiet area yet within walking distance of the city center. The service of the person who cleans and makes breakfast was just not clear, it would be useful to get more explanation in advance.

The house is located in a large sector, the neighborhood is too quiet and safe, it is a 15-minute walk from the main square, the house is very modern and spacious. The host was very attentive to what we needed.

Better than I thought... the photos don't match reality... it's a house built in the colonial style with all the comforts of modernity. Close to the colonial downtown area (10 min walk). It's only 100 meters of unpaved road to the colonial road but with all the lighting and security to walk and this distance allows tranquility at night in the house. Seeing the mountains, birds and nights from the terrace or patio is a rest for the mind. Thanks to Fabio for welcoming us and Andres for the service. Recommended for families.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Paipa This apartment near Lake Sochagota is a gem! Perfectly located for exploring Boyacá with thoughtful furnishings for a comfortable stay. The place was impressively clean upon arrival. Viviana, who managed our check-in, provided exceptional service, responded promptly to questions and patiently handled ID requirements. Her local recommendations for restaurants and desserts became highlights of our trip. The only minor drawback was the thin walls, allowing us to hear neighbors occasionally. This wasn't a major issue and not something hosts can control in the building's construction. For anyone exploring the lush, green landscapes of Boyacá, this apartment is the perfect base. The convenient location, comfortable amenities, and outstanding hospitality made our experience memorable. We would book this place again for future visits!
