Zach and Maxwell's place was just perfect for our needs. It is a beautifully remodeled home in the Central Gardens Historic District, and importantly to us, close to Rhodes College. Zach checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. He was very responsive and courteous. We were grateful to have the use of the garage. This helped us move our daughter out of the dorm and keep the car packed overnight. The home was modernly furnished and had all the amenities we needed (for a family of 5). The staircase had lights that allowed us to travel downstairs easily at night. I particularly enjoyed the record player and old Elvis albums! My mother enjoyed sitting in the backyard with a book and looking at the plants. The home is close to a variety of restaurants as well as a Kroger's, if you choose to cook. If you are traveling to Memphis, this is the perfect home for you!

We had an amazing trip to Memphis thanks to this Airbnb and Sarah! The place is so cute and in a great location, we were 10 minutes to downtown and Graceland! Sarah was so kind and friendly. She even bought us donuts on our first morning as a surprise!! She offered so many different guides to help us find restaurants and things to do. The house was clean, cute, and in a great location. The pool is AWESOME!! This is a definite must stay in Memphis! This is the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, definitely recommend staying here if you’re headed to Memphis!

Highly recommend! Beautiful little home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cute home with very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. My dogs loved the backyard and there were even dog bowls provided! I would stay here again for sure.

Julia was a great host. Good at checking in and quick with responding. The house was lovely, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Highly recommend! Stayed here for a week and it was excellent. Everything was very clean, our dog loved it, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable! Kevin was super helpful and easy to get ahold of.

Vonda’s Farmhouse was the perfect place for a little getaway for the weekend with my wife and our 2 dogs. We enjoyed everything and would definitely stay there again. Vonda was the perfect host

This place was such a beautiful home. The decor inside was so unique. Loved every bit of it. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Morgan was very responsive, and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was amazing. Very well decorated, clean and chocked full of everything I would need for my daughter's pool party/sleepover like extra roll out beds, pool toys, extra beach towels. Instructions were clear and it was easy to access the home. Would definitely recommend.

Adam communicated promptly from day one and was professional and friendly ! The check in details were clear and the check in was easy! the house was as described in the listing ! Very fun and lots to do all in one house ! Fun for the whole family of all ages !

If I could give 11 out of 10 stars as a review, I would without hesitation! Hands down one of the best if not THE BEST Air BnB experience I have ever had! Seriously, I cannot recommend Helen’s spot enough if you are planning a trip to Memphis! I look forward to rebooking here again and again any time I visit Memphis! From the moment I selected “BOOK” to now writing this 11 star review ;) after the wonderful time I had in Helen’s beautiful space during my 3 night stay, I remain impressed by the entire experience. Truly the first time I have ever seen an advertisement look EXACTLY the way it does online and don’t even get me started about that BED! The place was beautiful spacious just like the picture. The host was great at responding and rectified any situations that I had very helpful. I can’t describe how beautiful the house is. The pool area was fabulous more bedrooms than I can think of a lot of bathrooms a great place for a family gathering And had so many things that children can do inside the home games pool just chilling. It’s just a relaxed place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Drew’s place. It felt like a family home. Everyone in my group enjoyed the amenities in the home and the bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels.

This was a great place to stay for graduation weekend! We were very comfortable and the hosts were lovely. It’s a quick drive to the university and to the square. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Colleen’s house for two nights in early May. The neighborhood and countryside were beautiful and very peaceful, with deer grazing in the field across the street at dusk and a pond with a fountain in the front yard. Although Colleen was out of town when I made a last minute request to stay, she had someone meet me, left a vase of flowers for Mother’s Day, and everything was ready for my stay. It’s a great place to stay after a busy day in the city or if you want to explore nature. Thank so much!

This was an awesome Airbnb, not only because of the place itself but Daniel and Katie were gracious hosts and very proactive in our communication. The studio itself was spacious, plenty of seating, the bathroom was large for a studio, and the projector was a nice touch when I had some friends over to watch a game. I'd easily recommend staying here, especially if you want to have easy access to all parts of Memphis.

Place was wonderful, quiet and pleasant. Me and my groomsmen stayed the night before and night of my wedding and the overall stay was very nice. Telesa is very responsive and if you have any issues she will take care of them very quickly.

The family and I really enjoyed the space. We were in house A by the pond. The kids got to feed turtles from the balcony and watch the fish. I took the boat out everyday to soak up some rays on the pond. There is a gorgeous little place called Taylor's grocery that plays live music and has some good ole catfish. And it's located within one minute drive. We would love to stay again

If you are going to Memphis, stay here. Robert‘s place is beautiful, quiet, and is in a lovely setting. Shady woods and deer abound. Everything works perfectly, and the furnishings are classic and luxurious. If you run into Robert, you will find he an excellent fellow—full of interesting aviation stories. You won’t be sorry. It was worth every penny.

Beautiful home on nice Enid lake bay. Owner was very friendly with daily check ins for any issues. Left a personal item behind, and the owner found the item and was kind enough to drive lost item to meet me on my way out of town! I’d definetly stay again.

Tim and Heather couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! Their farm was beautiful and the perfect environment to take a retreat from the bustle of city life. We’ll definitely be back.

The location was very quiet. My family and I enjoyed the near restaurants and shopping mall. We felt like we were right at home.

The townhouse was comfy, clean, and very well kept up. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Excellent stay.
