Casa Cannas – Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.

The accommodation is paradise located for those who want to enjoy the peace and nature. We were a 10-minute walk to the beautiful, secluded bays. It even had 2 bikes in the property to rent, as well as a small boat. The nearest volcano can be easily climbed via a round trip and you will be rewarded with an amazing view over Costa Rei. Restaurants and shopping were only accessible by car and the access to the house is really adventurous- lots of potholes in the street! For dog owners a dream place, as there is a lot of relaxation in the garden and the house is at the end of a small housing estate where we could let our dog jump free. Flora took very friendly care of us, was always available and was able to pass on good tips! Thank you Flora! We definitely recommend this Bijoux!

Tanca Del Conte is a beautiful stay, very close to the beach and Muravera. It’s an amazing location to explore southeast Sardinia, and Francesca is so generous and welcoming. The home itself is very comfortable and has perfect views, as well as being very quiet in the evenings. It was very hard to tear ourselves away from this place, and we will be back to visit again!

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

We had a fantastic time in this fantastic villa! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The large pool was one of the highlights – ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The outdoor kitchen, the comfortable beds and the quiet location also made our stay exceptional. The host is very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cabin. It's quite rustic, even a little spartan, but it had everything we needed and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Contrary to what some people were saying, we didn't find the last stretch of road a problem. It's easily navigable by any regular car, and the remote nature of the place is precisely what makes it great.
