Chill out in the huge pool* (only shared with main house) & relax in a remodeled frontier cabin with hiking & mountain biking right out the front door, 5 mins to stores & restaurants. Only 15 min drive to downtown & the UA. Plenty of wildlife! It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love. (* NO HOT TUB has never worked & will NOT be working).

Private room with separate entrance, bath, patio, parking & kitchenette. NO Cleaning Fee. Single pet fee. Not recommended for day sleepers. We have 2 small dogs. We're 4 miles from UofA, 6 miles from I-10, 7 miles from Tucson International Airport. Wheelchair accessible 16'x12' room w firm double bed, mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, pans, dinner ware, Keurig, blender, roll-in shower, ADA toilet, safety bar, ramped entrance, carport/patio parking & smoking outside.

Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. Cozy RV in central location

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Nancy was so helpful and friendly. It has the most beautiful backyard with lots of places to explore. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the wildlife. It is also very close to Saguaro National Park but also restaurants, shops, etc. It truly was a wonderful place to stay!

Definitely a fantastic place and super nice host. It was really great having access to the pool and being able to walk the trial around the neighborhood in the evening and feeling safe. The bed was very soft and you can raise the head of the bed up and down. You won’t regret staying here.
