Amazing view of the Catalina mountains with a central location. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

This unique place has a style all its own. Studio style Casita with fantastic outdoor living. The overall property is over 1 acre. Great for Couples who want some free time, or mothers with a child or two who love to swim, explore, and play in tree houses.
