Monthly Rentals in Tsuzuki Ward

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Satomi’s Airbnb. The location was perfect - set in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet was just a short and easy walk to the train station and convenience stores, which made getting around and grabbing essentials effortless. The amenities were exactly what we needed for a longer stay: a functional kitchen, strong shower pressure, laundry facilities, and very comfortable futons. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Communication with Satomi was smooth and responsive throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, well-located place to stay in Japan.

I needed somewhere to stay during my cycle trip and it was a good location for me. It was comfortable and I could rest for my next day cycling. The food was amazing, there was too much I couldn't eat it all! There is also a very friendly yappy dog.

Exciting rustic accommodation in a non-touristy residential area. On a building right next door, you can always visit the roof terrace, where there are a lot of seating options and a beautiful view. From the accommodation, you can be in Shinjuku within 40 minutes. A few grocery stores are also within walking distance. Kaz is a very friendly and open host.

It is a little difficult to understand because you pass between houses to get to the entrance, but it was detailed in the guidebook, so I immediately understood. The case with the key was hard and took a long time to open, so it would have been great if you had written not only the number but also how to open it. It was very helpful to get quick responses to chats from the time of booking to during the stay and after the stay! The service was very polite, and although we did not meet in person, we were able to stay with peace of mind! I had a small child with me, but there was also children's tableware and chairs, which was very helpful!
