Cabin withdrawn from other residential. View of field and moss with walking route. Goats and rabbits right outside the door. One room in the cabin. Private bathroom in another building, about 35 meters from the cottage. The cabin has 1 window that can be opened. It can get a little muggy on a hot day. 1 bed 140cm 1 sofa bed 120cm Refrigerator, electric kettle & service in the cottage. Access to washing/drying can be purchased. There is a grocery store with delicious sandwiches/tapas, rolls, etc. about 700 meters away. The cabin can't be locked There is no heat source in the cottage.

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

With about 2 km to Hou and about 7 km to Hals, you are always close to shopping and a sea of activities - there is always something to do!

The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Beautiful heated treehouse in scenic surroundings. The house floats 3 meters above the ground and is architecturally beautiful, centered around a large beech tree. The house is approximately 10 m² plus a terrace and includes a kitchenette, dining area, and a double bed, with the option of additional bedding. Underfloor heating ensures comfort all year round. Large outdoor area with fireplace, parking close by and access to primitive toilet and kitchen facilities about 100 meters from the cabin.
