To control the heat, a flap for the chimney is used. It takes about 3 hours to heat the kitchen. We use a dry composting toilet. Be aware of traffic, the garden borders the road.

The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside.
