In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.

This house is one of the oldest buildings in Schwarzau in Trostberg and was listed in 1925 as the chicken coop of the Baumburg Brewery. Today, the bathroom, open living-dining area and kitchen are located on the first floor. The stairs lead to the beds, with one bed in the open loft and one in the bedroom behind it.
