The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. This house is one of the oldest buildings in Schwarzau in Trostberg and was listed in 1925 as the chicken coop of the Baumburg Brewery. Today, the bathroom, open living-dining area and kitchen are located on the first floor. The stairs lead to the beds, with one bed in the open loft and one in the bedroom behind it.
