Enjoy a wonderful break at our bright seafront apartment. We are perfectly situated across from 2miles of golden sandy beach. The house is at the quieter residential end but still within easy walking distance of Ayr Town centre's shops, restaurants and pubs. The beachfront indoor and outdoor playparks are 5 mins walk away. Belleisle Park is nearby with it's excellent municipal Golf course and gardens. NowTV , Disney+ and Netflix are also included along with a Wii console and games.

In an excellent seafront location with great views over the Firth of Clyde, the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig, it is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The flat has been fully refurbished. It has a modern equipped kitchen and bathroom, and is heated with a Combi-Boiler. There is FibreOptic WIFI available throughout the flat, and linked Fire/Smoke/Heat alarms.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open for breakfast, morning coffee and lunch, Monday-Friday) A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.
