Excellent house and host family, great nature and fine village, we enjoyed watching the different kind of birds.

Very convenient location in town and easy drive to the Nordkapp. The place is very quiet, private and comfortable. The view is wonderful and enjoyed seeing the ships go by to and from the port. Easy parkign off street in front of the garage. I stayed here 3 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. Kitchen has everything you may need. Comfortable beds and shades/curtains kept the room pretty dark in June. A wonderful AirBNB experience!

Very good location, everything easily accessible without a car by bus. Shopping is nearby. Very quiet with a beautiful view, very nicely furnished, especially a very good shower and bed! Loved it.

Stylish apartment with a beautiful view and very comfortable beds! The hosts were friendly and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. And we had the cutest cat visitor every day (Tikky, we miss you ❤️). There were also toys for kids which was a nice surprise. 👌

A "thought of everything" apartment in the basement of the family home. Very self contained with access to a washing machine. We had 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and a short walk to a supermarket and pizza takeaway / restaurant. We managed Nord Kapp and back in a day and were then ideally positioned to head south. A short walk and you get fantastic views over the water. Thanks so much for letting us stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Big and very modern appartement, by the way a cool jacuzzi on the veranda. We had a very recovery vacation here in Tromsø. The host answered quickly all our questions. Thank you, greetings from Bavaria, Germany.

Everything was great, the owner is very friendly and above all we liked the view very much.

The house impresses with its beautiful location right by the sea, we could watch the northern lights directly from the terrace. The living room invites you to spend cozy hours by the fire. In the Nordic Hotel, a 500 m walk away, there was a super breakfast buffet. We can therefore highly recommend a stay here, nothing is missing!

Great place, location and stay.

Marielle's place is very spacious, clean and has a fantastic view over the fjord. It is a great location to go skitouring on Kvaløya, one route starts only a few minutes away from the house. There is a well equipped, large kitchen and a great coffee machine. Everything was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Staying at this place was the best last minute decision we could have done! It felt like Airbnb in its good old days - everything was clean, smelled nice and was well decorated. We even got cinnamon buns! We are only sorry that we couldn’t stayed longer. If we would ever come back to Narvik, we will definitely choose this place! 6 out of 5 for us!

Wonderful house with beautiful surroundings. Very recommended for nature lovers even if the weather is bad: this house can save your holiday even if you can't go out.

We booked this property 4 months in advance and at that time it had only one review. We trusted it and we were not wrong. The apartment is new and bigger than it appears in the pictures. It is bright, comfortable and has a 5 star view of the fjord. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.The bathroom is large and has many places to put your thing.This is one of the top 3 Airbnb accommodations we have stayed in. And especially because of the hosts! Wonderful people willing to help with anything you need. They waited for us with warm cakes just out of the oven. We found essential things for breakfast in the fridge. Even though the weather was not on our side and it snowed almost every day, Jann cleared the snow from the parking lot and offered to take us wherever we wanted. Although we didn't see the Northern Lights in all their magic, it was worth traveling 5000km one way to meet wonderful people. Thank you Reidun & Jann! We hope to return soon. Gina & Dan - Romania

Wonderful place and friendly host.

The property is located in a large apartment building in the middle of Alta. Unfortunately, we did not find Alta beautiful and since it was a holiday (Pentecost Monday), almost all restaurants were closed. But the apartment was as described, very well equipped and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was exactly as described and the surrounds were beautiful. Thomas is an amazing host, helping us out with local recommendations and information. Would highly recommend (especially for those with children).

Great apartment with amazing views to the mountains.

The apartment is stunning. The view of the sea/fjord through the floor-to-ceiling windows is priceless. The apartment is superbly equipped. Furthermore, baking paper, aluminum foil, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, oil and spices were available. The balcony invited you to sit outside in the evenings, as the sun did not set. Two of the bedrooms also have excellent views of the sea. There are very large closets in which you can store your clothes. If you rent an electric car, there are plenty of high-speed charging stations in the nearby shopping center. In the immediate vicinity (about 6 to 8 minutes' walk) is a supermarket. The bus stop is about 9 minutes away. The airport can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes by car. The apartment was very well maintained and super clean. A great host!!! Very happy to come back!!!

This was the perfect apartment! Clean and comfortable, with lots of amenities (extra points for the waffle maker). Great location with good access to public transport to the airport and city centre, and to the nearby lake. I was very sad to leave, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Caroline was also a fantastic host, offering me an airport pickup and giving me helpful information about the area. I am very grateful!
