Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden (upp till ~4 personer). Huset ligger i en bokskog med stora träd inpå knuten. Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.
