Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

There are countryside walks from our gate and we are in a secure gated, quiet location. The local pub is a 10 minute walk away by public footpath. There are local mini supermarkets 2 mins drive and Dunstable shops (10mins drive). (Well behaved dogs by arrangement.)

Popular with visitors to Warner Brothers Studios ‘ Harry Potter’ Bekonscot model village, Roald Dahl museum, Chiltern Open Air museum, Bovingdon Studios, Legoland, Windsor, and the train station 5 mins away straight into London Baker Street approximately 40mins, there are many lovely local pubs and walks on our doorstep.
