l'alloggio era come da descrizione. camera e cucina spaziosi. molto comodo la possibilità di self check in cosi da non avere orari. l'appartamento è ben servito con bar, ristoranti e supermercato nelle vicinanze

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

As a family of five, we had a great stay in Laura's spacious apartment. Travelling by train, the apartment's location was perfect for us, having supermarket, gelaterias and pizza places around, the train station in walking distance and the bus stop close by to reach the beach. Thanks to the well equipped apartment, we had everything we needed - for the beach, for cooking...and if we had any question, Laura was there for us. The kids loved the pool and the gelaterias around and we the possibility to either spend the day in Rome or at the beach.

Casa arredata con gusto, pulita e ordinata. Terrazza grande e con vista panoramica piacevolissima. Sicuramente la consiglio a chiunque possa spostarsi con la macchina, perché a piedi non si può andare. Ma vale assolutamente la pena! Strade libere, parcheggi facili e tanti bei posti da scoprire. Ciò giustifica il fatto di dover prendere la macchina: si sta immersi nella pace del verde e la vista rilassante del mare all’orizzonte. Host pronto e disponibile. Un luogo dove tornare!

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See. Wir sind von hier aus nach Rom gestartet. Wir kommen wieder 😊

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

We already knew beautiful Santa Marinella well, from previous visits. We looked for a really nice apartment close to the station, the centre, and at the same time in a quiet area. And that is what we got. This is the perfect place for an enjoyable vacation in Santa Marinella. The apartment has everything you need: The quality of the equipment is high end, the standard is excellen and the rooms are beautiful and spacious, including the balcony where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner most of the times during our 19 days stay. The hosting family are wonderful and generous people. You will not find better. If there is a need, they take care of it, and the show of love and respect both for their apartment and their guests is just amazing. We felt like real guests, and this holiday could not have been better. We have been visiting Lazio many times every year since since 2018 and this time had one of our best experiences. We will definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Francesca’s place was lovely and a beautiful setting both to be on the terrace and hot tub. The accommodation itself self is very well looked after and private. Instructions on everything was provided on arrival and very clear, including for the hot tub and bikes available. It really is a short walk to the beach with some lovely restaurants a bike away. Great!! We stayed for 4 nights. Christina is a kind and generous host who made the stay worthwhile . She had 2 bikes for us to get around town and took us to the airport. Close to a coffee shop and restaurants. I worked remote here and the WiFi was great. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Passoscuro dans le logement d'Erika ! Le cadre est magnifique avec la plage accessible à pied et le logement etait impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix et à 30 min de Rome en voiture 👌

Tiziana e' un' ospite gentilissima e molto disponibile. La casa e' molto bella, pulitissima e attrezzata di tutto punto. C'e' davvero TUTTO quello che serve, compresi gli ingredienti per una cena e per la colazione, e i prodotti per la cura della casa e della persona Si vede che tutto e' stato pensato e preparato con cura. in dieci minuti a piedi si arriva al mare, ma la strada e' davvero tranquilla. L'aria condizionata funziona alla perfezione, e l'appartamento e' molto fresco. La terrazza attrezzata e' la chicca finale,.noi abbiamo cenato fuori ogni sera. Consigliatissimo, speriamo aolo di tornare presto!
