It is a basement apartment. Excellent neighborhood. Looks newer. Very quiet, and low key. Easy to get to town. There is no thermostat and that wasn't good for us. The lighting is odd - you have to have multiple on or not at all. Other than that, it was perfect for our getaway. 2 bedroom. 1 bath, kitchen, and living room. Very nice place to stay. No phone service in the whole area should be noted, but the wifi in the home is great.

Couldn’t ask for a more ideal place to stay for a Wyandotte/Ecorse Detroit River fishing trip. Super convenient to be able to dock the boat in the back yard and not deal with the busy boat ramps every day. Will be my priority property to stay when fishing the Detroit River!

The home was as described an suited our needs extremely well. Host responded to any questions in a very timely and friendly manner. The cost was fairly set and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
