Our beach house is surprisingly lovely; don't be deceived by its slightly windswept exterior as you will walk in and feel immediately at home. There is plenty of room for all with a separate kitchen, dining and living room areas as well as a lovely little enclosed and private garden. Open farmland in front and to the side of the house and glimpses of the sea from the upstairs bedrooms add to the feeling of space. It’s a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Mawgan Porth beach and amenities.

Brand new attic en-suite has now been completed with stunning new cladding. Our beautiful home has been restored and recently renovated to a high standard . The design will ensure your stay is incredibly enjoyable. With paneramic sea views of the bay with a wonderful sun deck providing the most amazing back drop for sunsets. The house is family and dog friendly and is a perfect stay for all year round. Summer, enjoying the wonderful sun deck and beach bbq to winters cosying up by the fire.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Midway between Padstow and Newquay, it is linked to each town via the gorgeous South West Coastal Footpath. The cottage has two bedrooms and an open plan living area with sea views! The outside space has a 2-floor decking area to enjoy in the summer. With only an 8 minute walk down to the beach and local cafes, it's the perfect retreat in a perfect location. Parking for 1 car. 1 x pet only.

If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.
