It is within walking distance of, for example, cafés, a theater, the beach, and shopping. The apartment has on the ground floor kitchen/family room as well as a toilet & bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a double bed, TV, Chromecast and bed linen and free wifi, but not ideal for people with walking difficulties. Dogs allowed. Smoking outdoors. Complimentary coffee/tea, sugar, powdered milk, etc. End a lovely day at the café table with a cup of coffee or something else.

The location is in the center of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with the DR app and Chromecast. Lovely annex, beautifully located on a rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels are included. TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

Lovely little hideaway, natural reserve,, butterflies and long gras…little walk to good beach. Peaceful. Great area for bicycling, diving.. Pets are welcome., but for the moment this part of the garden isn’t fenced As I am an architect, I am always fixing and making things better, so please don’t expect perfect. Biodiversity is high on my list and I am part of an organization protecting wildlife, the garden is wild. This place is only suited for two people. This place isn’t suitable for babies.

The cottage consists of a combined kitchen and living room, sunroom, bedroom with 140 cm wide bed, room with bunk bed and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed, so there is also the possibility of sleeping here. The house is decorated with an emphasis on authentic cottage style and coziness.
