Small cozy back house in the heart of Fredericia

Relax in this unique little quiet apartment, in the center of Fredericia, which is located in a closed courtyard. It is within walking distance of, for example, cafés, a theater, the beach, and shopping. The apartment has on the ground floor kitchen/family room as well as a toilet & bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a double bed, TV, Chromecast and bed linen and free wifi, but not ideal for people with walking difficulties. Dogs allowed. Smoking outdoors. Complimentary coffee/tea, sugar, powdered milk, etc. End a lovely day at the café table with a cup of coffee or something else.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Lovely annex, beautifully located on a rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels are included. TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

Wake up to a breathtaking sea view, take a lovely morning dip, and rinse off with a warm shower under the outdoor. The morning coffee is enjoyed at one of the cozy sitting areas both outside and inside where there is always shelter and sun. Additionally, you have the perfect starting point for excursions too. Vejle, Aarhus, Legoland, and Djurs Sommerland are only 30-90 minutes away!

Welcome to our little peaceful oasis, which is located right down to Vejle fjord and about 100 m to a lovely child-friendly beach. The cottage consists of a combined kitchen and living room, sunroom, bedroom with 140 cm wide bed, room with bunk bed and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed, so there is also the possibility of sleeping here. The house is decorated with an emphasis on authentic cottage style and coziness.
