We booked for 8 people to celebrate our 60th birthday together and enjoy 4 days in a peaceful and green place. Beautiful area. Very beautiful home. Clean. Very well-equipped in every room. Necessary in every way. Not overlooked. Very good Bedding. Very comfortable living room. Garden lounge areas, garden table area, BBQ, swimming pool turned on 2 days before the scheduled date to be nice to us… DAVE and DEBBYE are very attentive. I highly recommend this listing! We came as 3 couples with children. We had a lovely weekend in the countryside. The house is well-equipped, clean, quiet and allows you to really unwind. I would definitely recommend this house. PS: We were hosted very well by Gwendoline and her family. All the explanations were clear and we had plenty of recommendations on activities or eating out. Thank you to them for everything and their responsiveness in meeting our needs.

We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms. We could sit together at the table inside and outside, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and were able to create a movie night thanks to the screen and projector. Betrand was very helpful

Accommodation chosen mainly to park my large motorcycle out of sight of the public for the night and in an enclosed place. Pleasantly surprised by this charming little "Gallic" village in the middle of nowhere and quite far from the highway surrounded by various cereal fields. Very pretty 11th and 12th century abbey, timeless, photographed at sunset... magnificent. Comfortable two-room accommodation, on one level, with a separate entrance from the host's accommodation and very well maintained by the latter with small touches... the bedding of a king bed is a treat for the back for a night of recovery. A bedroom window lets in daylight from sunrise despite a Venetian blind, no worries for early risers! A bistro 400 m away will allow you to dine moderately and without too much originality. Having spent a night before a meeting in Berry Bouy (nearby village) and before leaving for Sarthe, I recommend this place

House in all respects in accordance with the description, very spacious and welcoming, you can move around easily, the bedrooms are a little old-fashioned but good bedding, I would recommend this rental to my friends, Nicolas is very helpful

The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. The bedding is of good quality. We enjoyed the huge garden to "laze around" and rest. We had a great time in a very pleasant environment. The cottage is very welcoming and tastefully furnished. The jacuzzi is always hot, the place is always clean and the activities around (hiking, lake, castle) are easily accessible

I had a pleasant stay in this well-equipped, quiet and comfortable cottage. Both bedrooms are practical and the bathroom with towel dryer is a real plus. The nearby parking space is very convenient. We had a great time at the Intemporel cottage. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, modern, and very well decorated. Perfectly adequate for 4 people. Perfect for summer with enough to eat outside, sunbathe, and enjoy the jacuzzi, and all that out of sight if necessary. 🌴 From the accommodation you can very easily walk to take beautiful walks along the Nivernais canal, where we met magnificent horses. The city also has a lot of charm. This is a great place to relax in peace. 🏞 Thanks again to Nicole and her family who were very welcoming and extremely friendly! 🌸 We recommend 100%!

We can say that this cottage is a prestigious cottage, very clean, bright, furniture and appliances of very good quality, with a large wooded plot and a beautiful equipped terrace. We were delighted to spend 15 days at Anthony's, a house very close to local shops and the city of Auxerre. A small note, for us northerners, we were missing coffee cups or mugs. A big thank you for this stay that we will repeat if health allows. F.H.

Great for exploring between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (sheep in residence, deer and even wild boars and foxes passing through). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and crisscrossing the Puisaye. Numerous hiking opportunities also around the property. A great option to discover this wonderful region.

Diane and Sebastien's house is a little touch of heaven, peaceful, beautiful, and serene...And they are wonderful hosts. We had such a great stay which was not long enough. The house is situated directly along a clear, fresh flowing stream that is so relaxing to gaze upon and sit along. It is also nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and the cozy bedroom is extremely comfortable. There is a lot to see in the area: vineyards, little villages, walking and cycling paths and above all the beautiful town of Sancerre. Looking forward to a return visit!

Great place, we had a great weekend. a good return to the past... the kids loved going to see the buffaloes and horses on the farm. kitchen well equipped. The buffalo pâtés are excellent. highly recommended if you like peace and nature.
