a great 2-night stay, small cottage very well-equipped, a peaceful and very quiet place. I was greeted by their son and then I saw the owners. Both were very cordial and very friendly! a perfect cottage to be quiet near nature! pets accepted at no extra cost which is not common 😊 cleaning equipment in the cottage which allows you to do a little cleaning before leaving 😊 the mini plus in my opinion would be a fenced yard for the doggies but it's really not a flaw far from it. Otherwise, thank you again for this weekend in your cottage and if the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to come back. I would recommend this cottage without a problem! Great value for money! Very responsive and friendly hosts! Pure happiness.

A beautiful village house, in an idyllic setting surrounded by vines. The house is tastefully decorated and very spacious, the garden is beautiful, secluded and large, our Labrador loved it! An ideal place for a tour of Sancerre vineyards, with a great restaurant along the road in the village.

We had a lovely weekend with friends in this peaceful setting. The house is beautiful and what can you say about the outside, what a space! A treat, these little moments all together outside. We all enjoyed the stay and I thank Julie for her responsiveness, as well as Natalia who was very kind and smiling when I arrived.

Great for exploring between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (sheep in residence, deer and even wild boars and foxes passing through). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and crisscrossing the Puisaye. Numerous hiking opportunities also around the property. A great option to discover this wonderful region.

We had a wonderful stay in Avallon. The apartment was a little hard to find, as the house number was completely covered by bushes - Jean Pierre was, however, easily accessible and welcomed us in a very friendly way. Since he lives next door, he could also show us the entrance to the apartment. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes' walk to the village center and the house is surrounded by trees and a park - very peaceful and quiet. In the garden, you had sun from noon to evening. The only thing that bothered us a little was the many spider webs and we therefore did not find it so clean. But otherwise, we would come back anytime:-)

Beautiful spacious apartment. Extremely well equipped and perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Italy. Hadrien was extremely helpful in letting us in and assisting us with parking - the approach is quite narrow for our large family car, but all went smoothly thanks to Hadrien’s help. Auxerre looked beautiful - shame we couldn’t stop for longer. We will definitely hope to return next time we are doing the drive down to Italy.

We had a great time at Yves' house! The garden is superb and the house very spacious. Yves is really very kind and the bottle of Sancerre to welcome us was a small gift that was very much appreciated!

A very nice experience, the cottage is beautiful, clean, welcoming and super well decorated, the pool is great with a superb view, the place is friendly and peaceful. Super warm welcome, top-notch cottages! I really recommend closing my eyes and can't wait to come back!

Staying at Nathalie’s beautiful estate was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a lush and tranquil green domain, her land feels like a hidden gem — peaceful, picturesque, and perfectly maintained. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, and every corner of the property reflects care and love. What truly makes this place special, however, is Nathalie herself. She is an incredibly warm and gracious host, always attentive and ready with a kind word or helpful tip. Her homemade breakfast is a true highlight — fresh, delicious, and made with obvious passion. From pancakes, to flowerbeignets, to breads to local specialties, every morning felt like a treat. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a little slice of paradise made exceptional by the personal touch Nathalie brings to everything she does. Highly recommended!

Very nice house, Beautiful garden and rest area (not used because cold!!!)Too bad!!! Nothing is missing, everything is functional. It was cold but the wood wheelbarrow was appreciated. The stove, a real plus for a sweet warmth. Carole is very nice and helpful. I had an unexpected request...response and service rendered quickly Finally, a place where the host is a real person!!!! Aurelien is a friendly and welcoming host. The house is large and beautiful with a huge garden in the countryside. She's super nice no matter what time of day. Although a little old-fashioned (small electricity problem among other things), it is well-equipped (the game room is great) and really nice. We had a great weekend and recommend it.

Fabiens place is lovely. The space is larger than expected. The shower room is great. The dressing room a nice touch, the open plan to downstairs feels nice. The place is tastefully decorated and has a lot of character. One very minor criticism it would be that the pool cover is a chore to put on and take off. An mechanised cover would make a difference. However it is a great size and was very comfortable to swim in given that it is well heated. I would recommend anybody to use Fabiens place for a shorter or longer stay. It was a joy to be there for our family of 4 and we would consider visiting again sometime.

Had a fantastic stay with a group of 14 friends and 2 babies. Nothing was too much for Jerome: we could have our wine delivered in advance, on a rainy day he made a larger indoor space available to us, he arranged a pingpong table for us, we could borrow his fishing rod, we could set up our volleyball, play loud music and he made a welcome fire for us in the yard. Jerome is a very welcoming, friendly and easy going host. So cozy that we also invited him to have dinner with us. We are already making plans to come back.
