Lovingly renovated and furnished house in Villach - Völkendorf at the foot of the Dobratsch. The house can be used as a starting point for a wide range of leisure activities. The nearest lakes (15 min), mountain (5 min) or the historic old town leave nothing to be desired. The stone house, which is also cool in the summer, has been newly renovated, has two separate bedrooms incl. Double beds, a disability-friendly shower, a living room with a cozy couch, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

The Nocky Mountains Lodge is a tastefully decorated property. The central location and the phenomenal view of the mountains, the lakes and the valley makes it a good base for a ski holiday, hiking and hiking tours, bike rides, water recreation, excursions in the area and city trips. Very conveniently located on the south. In the large garden, on one of the 2 terraces or on the large balcony it is wonderful to stay. A gated ski/bike shed is located below the Lodge.

My place is close to the lake (10-minute walk) but in a very peaceful area with great views of the Julian Alps and the Karavanke. You’ll love my place because of the new and cozy apartment very close to all the sights. I used to be a tourist guide and I will be happy to tell you a lot about Bled and the surrounding.
