Vacation rentals with beach access in Trecase

We had a great stay at Mario’s place!! My friends and I had done a backpacking trip and Mario was kind enough to pick us up from the train station on arrival with our bags as it’s about a 20-25min walk uphill from the Seiano station to the air bnb. Mario was so kind during check in, pointing out all the nearby restaurants, super markets and giving us recommendations. He had supplied us with enough goodies for our first breakfast and provided us with a contact for taxi service that we so gratefully used a few times during hot temperatures and after tiring days! They were so sweet. The walk to the air bnb after each outing was intimidating at first but definitely doable, 20min walk to the train station to access Sorrento and other nearby towns and 20-25mins to the Seiano beaches. The view from the air bnb overlooking the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius is absolutely breathtaking and definitely worth all the steps! Such a peaceful location to end off our trip.

Sandra was the ultimate Super host! From the day I booked her Airbnb, she offered suggestions of restaurants (Kasai and Armandina were the best!), excursions, drivers and a wonderful cooking class! Her family home was filled with love and what an amazing view of Positano! We loved eating our breakfast out on the porch watching the boats and yachts come and go or sitting on our porch having a glass of wine. Sandra was always responsive and always so kind. She is known by all in Praiano and is highly respected. And we loved Zorba too! We would definitely stay at Casa Tuti again even with so many stairs to the beach. Sandra is a rockstar!

this was probably one of my all time fav airbnbs that i ever stayed at. luigi was amazing, the apartment was overlooking a beautiful garden and all you ever heard was the birds. 12/15 minute was from the train, 1 train stop only from sorrento downtown where all the shuttle boats are. the sunsets were glorious from the patio! i just loved it. would love to come back.

Massimo was a great host, he offered free shuttle to and from the city centre upon check in and check out, he provided recommendations for things to do, and he was very responsive throughout our stay. The place has a beautiful view.

We had a very lovely stay at this apartment - the host was welcoming and patient because we arrived a bit late for our check-in on the first night. They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling rosé along with some delicious biscuits, which was a really nice touch as well. The apartment is very beautiful, and we especially loved the balcony and living room area, with fabulous views of the coastline. You don't get a full sunset, as the sun sets behind the mountains, but it is still nice and for most of the evening the balcony is a sun trap. The were nice views, but the beach opposite the flat seemed a little bit dirty to be honest. But there are loads of beautiful beaches around the Amalfi Coast, and this apartment is well situated to explore places nearby. My only other critique is that we weren't shown how to use the air con units on arrival, so the apartment was very hot at night, and too noisy to open windows due to the busy main road. Other than that - really enjoyed!

Nuestro hospedaje fue exelente! Rosa y su esposo fueron súper amables con nosotras. El apartamento se encontraba en exelente ubicación, súper limpio, con todo lo que uno necesita. La vista es increíble, fue un placer amanecer todos los días ahí. Nos encantaria volver y sin duda elegiríamos alojarnos en el mismo departamento! OH did we ever love this place! Very clean and well equipped, with a great shower... And then there’s the balcony......The views are spectacular! We drank in the coastal views with our complimentary prosecco. Valentina’s sister Flora was the BEST host of our trip! (The others were quite good too, but Flora is #1) She helped us navigate the very difficult bus ride from Amalfi, even coming onto the crowded bus to make sure we got off the right stop. She made restaurant suggestions and even made our reservations for us securing the best tables and treatment. She gave directions to beaches and various sites. I really can’t say enough about how sweet she is. Praiano is much more laid back but still has everything for a great visit. We planned to go visit Ravello and Positano but liked it there so much we never left. Thank you for a wonderful visit to the Amalfi Coast. ❤️

El departamento en su totalidad tiene clase, buen gusto y detalle de gran calidad y calidez, super cocina , super balcon , habitaciones con gran comodidad y dos baños que generan mucha independencia , un living hermosisimo para compartir en familia. Un gusto hospedarme y Mario un gran anfitrion.

Tusind tak for et virkelig dejligt ophold i jeres smukke hus. Vi nød den smukke udsigt fra terrassen og at bo på bjerget, hvor huset lå i private omgivelser. Alt var pænt og rent, gode køkkenfaciliteter, gode senge, behagelige møbler på terrassen og fint badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Michelas mand hentede os i bil og kørte os til huset. Han var meget hjælpsom og gav os en masse gode tips og råd. God kommunikation og hurtig og hjælpsom respons. Jeg vil varmt anbefale denne bolig som kun ligger 10 min på gåben fra Maiori, en hyggelig by med den bedste badestrand. De bedste hilsner Mette

Wow! This place is worth booking for the views alone. We spent hours just sitting on the huge patio and staring out at the mountains, town and water. Pictures don’t do it justice, and you have to see it in person. The apartment itself is also wonderful. Exactly as described with lots of space and very clean. Plus, Claudia and her family are so kind. They were very proactive and helpful anytime we had questions. Thank you! We hope to be back one day.

Casa Caldeiro was the perfect stay and exceeded our already high expectations! The view is incredible—photos truly don’t do it justice—and the location might be the best in all of Positano. You’re just minutes from everything you’ll need, yet the apartment feels completely peaceful and removed from the bustle as soon as you step through the gates. The walk down to the apartment is also stunning. Grady was a fantastic host, offering trustworthy recommendations and making check-in and check-out incredibly easy. I highly recommend taking his referrals for porters and taxis—they made our entire stay completely stress-free. We would, without hesitation, stay here again. The value is unmatched, and we’ll gladly refer any friends visiting Positano in the future.

The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house is wonderful. You really need to take into account the hundreds of steps to and from the house, but other than that it's just wonderful!

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne z przestronnym tarasem i robiącym ogromne wrażenie widokiem na morze i port . Wejście do apartamentu jest wśród bardzo zadbanych kwiatów co bardzo lubię . W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy . Bardzo blisko jest przystanek autobusowy aby dojechać do centrum Capri . Wyspa piękna i bardzo dobrze skomunikowana . Silvana i Francesco bardzo pomocni , od razu reagujący na nasze potrzeby . Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt . Najlepszy nasz wyjazd ! Gorąco polecam ten apartament , znakomity ❤️🌹

This is my second time staying at Giovanni’s and I have to say it is one of the best views in positano in my opinion. It is certainly a hike to get up to the property but if you’re in reasonable shape it is fine and the views make it worth it alone. Highly recommend to anybody interested in staying here!

Our stay in Positano was incredible, this house was everything we hoped for and more. The location felt secluded and peaceful, tucked away from the crowds but still just a short walk down to the town centre and close to a bus stop for easy access. The private beach was an absolute highlight, with paddle boards and kayaks ready to use, such a luxury compared to the busy public beaches. The apartment had thoughtful touches throughout, including drinks, snacks, and all the essentials for a perfect stay. And a big shoutout to Vito, who was fantastic, super helpful during check-in and check-out, quick to respond, and full of great recommendations. He really made our experience even better. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Stunning place - we loved it! The view is absolutely breathtaking. We spent so many hours on the beautiful big terrace both day and night just taking in the view. The villa is lovely inside and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lemons were an added bonus along with the outdoor shower! Praiano is a great spot - plenty of great cocktail bars and restaurants nearby. Having previously stayed in Positano I would choose Praiano any day. Such a friendly place and less crowded. FYI, Yes there are steps but they are totally worth it for the view!!! Maria and Adriana were lovely friendly hosts.

I highly recommend this room! It looks exactly like the photos—spacious and very comfortable! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the port, making it easy to explore other places. Ferry tickets can be purchased nearby, which was super convenient! Pamela is an amazing and understanding host. Our flight to Sorrento got canceled, leaving us unable to arrive as planned, but Pamela was extremely responsive and kind. She allowed us to postpone our stay by a day without any issues—we truly appreciate her flexibility! Upon arrival, Pamela’s husband warmly welcomed us. Since the room is on the top floor (around 3rd-4th floor), he kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs and even provided helpful tips about local attractions. Pamela is a truly outstanding host—whenever we had questions or issues, she responded promptly with solutions. We’re so grateful for her kindness and patience. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una notte da Margherita a Marina grande. L'appartamento corrisponde fedelmente alle immagine e alla descrizione fatte su airbnb. L'accesso è molto semplice, Margherita è molto disponibile. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e con tutti i comfort. Torneremo sicuramente.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

Francesco’s place was a fantastic stay—beautiful, luxurious, and spotless. It’s conveniently located within a 20-minute walk from the train station and just a short walk to the docks if you’re planning to take a ferry along the Amalfi Coast. The apartment is close to great restaurants and the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Despite being in a lively area, the inside was incredibly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice location and updated apartment. The views are stunning and there are great restaurants walking distance. There is no parking in the property. Instead, the is a public parking at the bottom of the road for the beach where you can park for 15 euros/night but it is very busy during the day so it can be difficult to find parking during peak hour. The ACs work great and cool the apartment very quickly. However, the apartment building is very old and the electrical system is not up to standards so the breakers go out if you are using all ACs and other appliances at the same time. We had to go to the lobby three times to reset the breaker until we figured out the max load the system could take.

Great place to stay and very clean. Giuseppe was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful stay! It was my first time ever visiting Praiano and this was the perfect place for my trip! Antonio was always very responsive and helpful, I asked him for local recommendations and he helped me right away. i’ve never met another host that was as nice and helpful as Antonio was! He made sure we had the perfect stay outside of just having a lovely airbnb to stay in. The place was so spacious, clean, and pretty! I loved sitting out in the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. I felt very safe, lots of walkable restaurants/stores, and not a far walk to the main beach. We were greeted during check in and they even came to say goodbye during check out. Overall I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Praiano/Positano.

Absolutely perfect and lovely stay. This was our third stay at Eugenio’s apartment and the attention to detail is fabulous. The location is amazing, the communication was fantastic and the apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need! Thank you so much!
