Outside you have your own garden with outdoor furniture and a fire pit for those all important BBQ’s under a starry sky. Come and enjoy the beauty of the farm. Just bring your clothes and towels – we provide the rest! We allow well behaved dogs.

Coastal, Countryside annex

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a brand new shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. There is an outdoor patio and small sheltered eating area. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

Sunset shepherd’s hut by the sea

Enjoy amazing sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of your cozy double bed and huge windows. Stroll 10 minutes through paddocks to your choice of a number of great beaches and swimming spots. Porthcothan beach is a gentle wander around the coastal path and Trescore, Porthmear, Golden Burn and Pentire and are right on your doorstep. This cute space, hand built by the host, is situated in a quiet field with 2 other accomodation spaces but plenty of privacy and peace.

Grove Cottage (sleeps 2 + 2 dogs) is set in a quiet garden in the conservation area of the small historic market town of St Columb Major. Recently restored and refurbished to a high standard - it is compact, cosy and full of character. The cottage has a conservatory, private courtyard and enclosed garden and off-road parking space. St Columb caters for all your daily needs and is ideally located to explore all of Cornwall. The sea and surf are only 7 minutes away!
