Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

Charming Apartment in the center of Gmunden. Inmidst the region of European Culture Capital "salz kammer gut 2024" Our apartment is located in the historical center of Gmunden. Only steps away is the city hall square facing Traunsee lake. Within a few minutes you will find numerous shops and restaurants or cafes and a supermarket in the old town. The apartment has a living-dining room and one bedroom with king size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with toilet.

The 40 square meter apartment has just been renovated. It is on the second floor directly next to the river Traun and includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Communication was smooth. Very pleasant and cozy accommodation in a small cabin, beautiful garden and view, plenty of trips to the surroundings. For longer stays, please note that there is no closet and there is only one sink in the kitchen (there is no sink in the bathroom). There is a stove in the kitchen, but no oven or microwave.

We had a fantastic stay at Franz’s apartment! The place is very nice and comfy, spotlessly clean, and just a short 10-minute walk from the center of Gmunden. Communication with Franz was excellent—very friendly and responsive. The kitchen was a highlight: incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Martina was incredibly responsive and kind, always ready to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend staying here – a truly great experience!

Nadja & Pol’s place was very clean and well organized. We loved the piano, unfortunately neither of us knew how to play. The location was close to the Rathausplatz as well as the Bahnhof and easily commutable by public transportation. We loved the sceneries and the peaceful environment. Nadja was responsive and instructions to find the place were clearly communicated.

A quaint island structure is illuminated by evening lights, reflecting in the calm water surrounding it. A walkway leads out to the building, flanked by decorative lights. Soft hues of twilight highlight the landscape, with distant hills and houses visible in the background.

Great place to stay-we had four siblings and a dog. The place has beautiful views from the window and balconies, both the mountains and the lake. The kitchen has all the possible amenities that are needed. Bakery and grocery store just a few minutes away on foot. The hosts were very kind.
