The downtown area where it is located is very quiet, little vehicular traffic and much less pedestrian traffic.

Well-located apartment, a 5-minute walk to Tecnológico de Monterrey, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Clinica 4 del IMSS, private clinics and a 5-minute drive to supermarkets (Soriana, City Club, Al Super) and Platero Center. Comfortable, clean, and safe. Located on the second floor, it has parking for a normal-sized car. Large vans would have to move to allow other vehicles to pass. It can be a lively neighborhood on weekends.
