We had a very pleasant night for our road trip in Normandy, very accessible accommodation thanks to the instructions given. Small chalet, very clean, well-appointed, nothing is missing for a pleasant, quiet stay. Access to the campsite pool thanks to the bracelets was very useful to us in this heatwave. We will be back without hesitation!

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Normandy. The Gite was perfect for us and our 19 month old son and we really appreciated the cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We were extremely lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool and played many games of Pétanque. Highly recommend and we would love to return.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. What a gem this house is! The house was full of charm and nice touches, with a beautiful and spacious backyard garden. Our family enjoyed the history of the area--an easy walk to the Baterie--and its proximity to Bayeux.

We felt so at home here! Véronique and François were lovely hosts. As historians, we especially liked the old house and history of the area. It's a terrific location to visit the sites of WWII and those much earlier. We live in the country, so we also enjoyed the quiet and dark skies. Highly recommended!

It is very close to all Normandy historical attractions yet the property is tucked away in a small village that is quiet and peaceful. We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). we would highly recommend staying here, our hosts François and Judith were very friendly and welcoming. An informative detailed plan for the DDay beaches was provided by Francois. lovely flat perfectly located for easy walk into Bayeux. there is a Saturday market 5 mins away, typically French. Our host was always happy to help with info and advice. we will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

The place was very clean and easy to get to. Being American I was not used to to not having a dryer. Otherwise my experience France has be phenomenal 😀😀😀😀😀🥰

Stayed here for the 2nd time and it remains an absolutely great house. Great view where you can quietly see the tides of the sea come and go in absolute tranquility. Regardless of the weather, this is a fantastic house, in fine weather nice on the terrace and with some rain a block of wood in the stove and nice in the living room stay.

Ideal house to discover the region! We had a great 3-night stay at Carole and Marc's lovely home, located near Bayeux – a perfect location for visiting the Landing beaches. The house is very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the calm of the place is really appreciable. We particularly liked the terrace, very nice to relax at the end of the day. Check-in was simple thanks to a lockbox, and we then had the pleasure of meeting Carole and Marc, who were very welcoming and attentive. We were a family with two teenagers, and although the house only has one bathroom (open to the bedroom), it didn't cause us any particular concern – you just have to organize a little. A big thank you to Carole and Marc for hosting us – we will keep fond memories of this stay.

Well-equipped, clean house, terrace and upstairs bedroom with sea view. Ideally located. Barely a 3-minute walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants. We had a lovely stay.

Great house for visiting Normandy with 4bed/bath..fully renovated but with old world charm...for summer lounge chairs and bbq and fireplace for cool nights... location central enough to visit from Entretat to Mount Saint Michel....resteraunts and stores walking distance and a great short hike to cliffs and Omaha beach

We had a few wonderful days in Normandy. This accommodation is perfectly located as a base to visit the many attractions surrounding the landing in Normandy. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host, who gave us a lot of valuable information about the area. During our stay, we didn't see the host anymore, but she was always available if needed. The accommodation has all the comforts. The toilet and shower are on the small side, but since our traveling party consists of two men of over 1.95 meters, that has been understandable and certainly not disturbing. All in all a nice place to stay and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a most wonderful stay at Morgane and Baptiste cottage in beautiful Normandy. It was the perfect location for a relaxed getaway from everyday busy life. The place itself is lovely, a really restful space with that was perfectly clean, comfortable and cosy. We had great days where we spent most of it there, resting and relaxing. The location was good too, 5 minutes from amenities, 20 minutes from Juno beach and 15 from Caen, so there’s plenty to do, without having to go far. And our hosts were fantastic! Really friendly, quick to respond and ready to give advice. They helped us plan a journey into Paris, and took time to say farewell when we left - we left really impressed!
