Zoltan and Julie were very helpful and pleasant people to deal with. A lovely space and comfortable. Their place was convenient for walking to Alma Bay beach and the local bus stop for access to the island. Thank you to both of you.

Rob was super flexible and graciously helped us out after a booking mistake on my end. As a host, he was kind, respectful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We loved sitting on the porch with Dickie the dog, and the one random chicken that lives in the garden. Some cooperation and communication required to share the kitchen/dining area with the guests in the other room, but this is reflected in the price and we felt we got great value for money. Location is fantastic, felt equal parts between the two major Townsville eating/shopping areas and was always awesome to step out and be blessed with views of Castle Hill towering over us. We had such a great time and hope to be back again someday! Thanks Rob!

I've stayed in many places in Townsville but this spot has to be the most central to the strand. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property is private and secure. All the amenities you can think of & nice towels. Great spot for a short or long stay. Couldn't recommend it enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Pam and Tim’s, the place is lovely and comfortable and very peaceful at night. We loved the beautiful walks in Picnic Bay and the great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Pam and Tim were super helpful and friendly - would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay on Magnetic Island!

The place was perfect for what we needed! We were able to check in early on the day which was an absolute blessing for two weary travellors. Had a little bit of difficulty with the lockbox on checkout, but that might have been us. Nice location, very close to everything we needed. Very much appreciated the flexibility! We had a great time.

Fantastic place to stay when visiting Magnetic Island. The studio is located right in front of Horseshoe Bay with easy access to the beach & cafes. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and sitting options. Ross is a great host and has been extremely welcoming during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the island!

A perfect little flat for a short or long stay. It is clean, cosy and has all the essentials. Corianne and Scott were extremely generous in allowing me to extend my stay - I ended up living in the flat for a year! They are kind and helpful hosts always promptly responding and helping me when needed, as well as respecting my privacy. The flat is in a quiet neighborhood with just a few minutes walk to a few small shops to get your essentials, and down to the Ross river which is lovely for a long run or walk. The flat is also perfectly situated nearby the JCU university, JCU Vets or the Townville hospital with only an easy 10 minute drive on the motorway to get there that avoids the traffic. Highly recommend.

Wow!!! Lynette and Tony have raised the bar in Air BnB stays I’ve stayed all over the world in over 43 different places and I have to say this tops them all, it really felt like I was in a resort The attention to detail, the snacks on the kitchen top, Fresh bread, milk, tropical juice a Nespresso machine with pods Oh and that magnesium pool crystal clear and oh so clean There wasn’t anything else that Lynette and Tony could have done to make our stay more comfortable I am definitely coming back with Marley for a holiday If I could rate them 11/10 I would

We enjoyed our stay at Phil and Sophie'. Incredible views from the balcony, especially while enjoying a morning coffee sunrise or a cold drink sunset. Lots of restaurants within walking distance or just a peaceful walk along The Strand people watching. If your a dog lover, lots of dogs to interact with and pet. We would definitely stay at Phil and Sophies again.

A homely stay. Welcoming, warm and interesting hosts who included us as part of the family. Great location close to two major shopping centre and about 20 mins drive to city centre and Strand. Highly recommended.

We are so happy that we found this gem. Eileen was great to deal with and her replys were always prompt. The location was fantastic and felt so private. Perfect for us for our 1 week stay on the island to explore.

We had a great time at Nick’s place! Really great location and Nick even dropped and picked us up from the ferry. The house was well stocked and clean and the small pool was great :)
