Quaint circa 17th Century Cottage, Topsham, Devon.

Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

A light-filled bedroom features a spacious bed with soft linens and a cozy throw draped over the edge. A large window lets in natural light, with light wood flooring and calming decor enhancing the serene ambiance.
