The Mermaid's Den

This is my familys hide-away on the Isle of Wight in the beautiful Freshwater Bay. We tried to make it as cosy and welcoming as possible. It's a 2 bed that can sleep 5 and has an enclosed garden at the front and it's own parking space. It's a 5 min walk from the Bay and a 10 min walk from Freshwater town. Anywhere on the island is under an hour away by car. There's a local shop + bar minutes walk away and a large supermarket under 5 min drive. Everything you need for a relaxing island getaway!

Large modern walk-in shower room, towels provided. Partial sea views from lounge and kitchen. 5 mins walk to local Totland and Colwell beaches. Corner shop on hand, with takeaways on doorstep. Situated in the rural West , ideal location for walking, cycling or just as a base to tour the island. Bus stops just outside door

Bay, Brambles Chine, Colwell Bay - WiFi & The Hut

Beau and Bay are two semi detached holiday bungalows, which have been completely refurbished. Each offering glimpses of The Solent and within a stones throw of the beautiful Colwell bay, with its beaches and eateries. The restaurant The Hut, is a 15-20 minute walk away. I can offer a link for 25% off Wightlink ferry travel with a car and 20% off as a foot passenger. This link will be sent upon request, after booking is made. If accommodation is cancelled, ferry discount will be null and void.

The spacious Promenade apartment at the Beach House is on the ground floor of this seafront property in the delightful Totland Bay. It's in an area of Natural Outstanding Beauty on the North West coast of the Island. The unrivalled ever changing views look across the Solent towards Bournemouth - eg tide in or out, shipping, calm, rough, swimmers, gorgeous sunsets. It is so easy and relaxing to while away time just gazing at the spectacular vista, especially pretty when the yachts are out.

The Beach House sits on the esplanade of pretty Totland Bay in an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty. It provides uninterrupted spectacular views of the Solent towards the Dorset coast. The bay boasts some of the finest sunsets in the whole of England. The accommodation is spacious, luxurious with everything needed for that very special family holiday or romantic break. If you love the sea, this is the place for you. You can't get closer to the water unless you are swimming or in a boat.

The Pod

The Pod is a unique space, a few minutes walk from Colwell Bay. It is a wooden structure, full of character., nestled within our garden which has a ‘fort wall’ around it, dating back to 1863. The Pod is self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, living area and mezzanine bedroom,which is at the top of a uniquely hand crafted paddle staircase (not suitable for anyone with mobility concerns) Also available to use is our garden and outdoor seating. Dog lovers are a must…we have three!

Alma Court Retreat Freshwater IOW

This Stunning newly furbished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom neutrally decorated first floor maisonette with off street parking is situated in the heart of freshwater on the Isle of Wight. With only a very short walk to the high street of Freshwater, with a mixture of shops and restaurants available, plus also only being a short drive, taxi or bus from Yarmouth ferry makes this an ideal break away for all ages. The Sandy beaches of Colwell Bay & Totland Bay are only a short walk away.
