SeaBreeze House, Heard - Gorgeous Ocean View

Here you have a lovely house with large light and with beautiful ocean views and gardens around. The sea fishing is supposed to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh interior design in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with a single bed armchair) on the ground floor, as well as guest toilet. Upstairs there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p)as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Fireplace for cozy evening in kitchen or you enjoy the summer evening out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

Forget about all the everyday worries in this peaceful space! Fairytale house in an incredibly beautiful location. Suitable for a large family or larger group. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a cozy conservatory. The house is located on a large beach plot (just over 4500 sqm) with direct access to a quiet, wide sandy beach. Nice wooden deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The garden offers nice nature, well-maintained vegetation and birds chirping for nature lovers. Here you can experience magical sunsets.

Fresh cottage on a nice plot in wonderful Abbekås

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

To the guest house there are two separate entrances. In Skivarps village there is a restaurant within walking distance. 4 km away there is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a brew bath and Bongska house, restaurant, café and bakery. Dogs are allowed to come inside.

Cozy guest house with bicycle distance to the sea!

Cozy guest house in the countryside nearby of the sea! It is close by to both Abbekås and Skivarp but also to gems along the south coast such as Ystad and Smygehuk. The accommodation is also a perfect base for excursions to Österlen and Bornholm. Mossbystrand is a several kilometer long sandy beach, borrow a bike from us to take a trip here! Abbekås has a lovely harbor with a bathing jetty where you can also eat well at Hamnkrogen. In the village there are also restaurants Dinah's Place and Pizzeria Solo.
