We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Colette’s house. The home itself is stunning—beautifully designed, solidly built, and clearly maintained with care and attention to detail. Every corner of the property reflects thoughtful planning and quality craftsmanship, making it not just a place to stay, but a place to truly enjoy and relax in. Colette was an outstanding host—extremely responsive, proactive, and completely on top of everything from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Her communication was clear, timely, and genuinely kind. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. Between the incredible home and Colette’s hospitality, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and seamless getaway.

Gorgeous place and a very pleasant stay.

This place was as amazing as the pictures and listing describes it to be. We stayed for 4 nights and were sad to leave. The views of the ocean are amazing. Easy walk to the beach and so many shops and bakeries/restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Karl’s Airbnb is a home away from home in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood!! We loved our stay here, from the decor, to the amenities and suggestions for restaurants and attractions, to the easy access to the beach and nearby gliderport, we had an amazing time! Karl is also very friendly and always responsive, which we appreciated. He sent thorough instructions beforehand to ensure we found the location, and everything was very easy to access. It’s just out of the way enough to be quiet, but places like San Diego, Coronado, and Encinitas are closeby for exploring! If you’re looking for a beautiful stay in a convenient location, this is it! Can’t say enough good things about this place and would definitely book again. Thank you, Karl!
