Everything was great! 👍🏻 Very clean, cozy and beautiful, close to the beach, nice host. The only remark - if you are looking for a very quiet place where you can disconnect from the "city" in nature, keep in mind that behind the house there is a highway from which the noise of cars can be heard. This place definitely deserves a high rating.

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. Will definitely book again in the future

The apartment corresponds to the photos. We were 2 adults and had everything we needed. Ewa and Amadeus responded quickly to everything before check-in. The check-in itself was flexible, quick and easy.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Excellent stay, the place was spotless and cosy. The roof terrace was fantastic with great views. Marion was excellent and on the ball. Would recommend.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location and suited us perfectly. We chose this ground floor location due to mobility issues and it was perfect, easily accessed with just a small step at the entrance to the complex. Everything was spot on and exactly as the description, WiFi and TV were good quality and beds were very comfortable. Dave is a top host and communicated quickly to every message. Highly recommended

A short weekend break at the apartment, very nice rooms and even the neighbours on both sides are lovely . We will plan another trip soon .

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

A lovely place in a great neighborhood, perfect with dog. Always great and very friendly communication. Everything we needed was there, we felt cared for and welcome. Very clean, absolutely spotless! Also close to the beach. 10/10 points, nothing to complain about; would definitely recommend and stay here again :) :)

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The communal pool is literally outside the door and is very well appointed, clean and pleasant to use. The location is great, approx 15 minutes walk to the Villamartin Plaza where there are some great restaurants, bars etc. The countryside around is a mecca for cycling. There are miles and miles of horticulture through which you can cycle on the caminos or back roads, largely avoiding the main roads. Cabo Roig & Campoamor Beaches are 15 to 20 minutes away by car. We generally cycled in the earlier part of the day & went to Cabo Roig for a swim later on. The apartment is an ideal base for that type of varied activity & we had a fab time. We'll be back.

Excellent apartment. Clean, equipped with every comfort, two neat bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning works well. The roof terrace is super and there are plenty of chairs. We were 2 people. Swimming pool is wonderful and warm enough in June. The crowds were not too bad because not all the houses were occupied. There are some restaurants within walking distance (10 - 12 minutes). The only tip is that there may be a parasol or canopy on the roof terrace. Then I would give the apartment a 10, now a 9.5.

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

Lovely apartment less than a km from the main road so lots of dinner options within an easy walk but still quiet. Right on the water so nice sea front walks. Heated pool a major bonus as weather was not fantastic!

What a beautiful house and place:). I have only good things to say about everything. Very good communication from the owner and good instruction how to get there and how to get innside the house. Everything seem new innside the house and very well Equipped i didnt miss a thing. I Stayed for two months and i would like to stay Even longer. I never met any problems there. Everything was perfect:)

Beautiful apartment in a lovely private setting. Really close to Zenia Boulevard and all that has to offer. Easy transport links to other nearby towns. Host was really helpful with communication including local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again if they will have us back!
