The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! Our stay in Comillas was simply perfect, and much of it is due to Rikke. From the first moment, she was an attentive, friendly host and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. She greeted us with a warmth that made us feel at home from the very first minute. The place exceeded all our expectations: clean, cozy, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that Rikke takes care of every detail with care. In addition, the location is unbeatable to explore Comillas and enjoy its coastal charm, unique architecture and delicious gastronomy. Family weekend in a comfortable and well-located house. Well-equipped for 6 people, with ATMs, shops and restaurants. A very nice walking area. The owner took care of us quickly before we arrived.

A really comfortable apartment for a family of four like ours. The location is fantastic, half an hour from almost all points of interest. Supermarket nearby, although you have to drive, there is no grocery store in the neighborhood. Finally, it was impeccable upon our arrival. We had a great stay at Fabian's apartment.

We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they provided us with a crib as well. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, behind the house there is a parking lot. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband welcomed us and was very kind and flexible with the departure.

Rebeca is a very good host, very attentive at all times and the house is unclean, the stay could not be better, I recommend this accommodation 100%, very good experience

We spent a weekend at Txetxu's place, and everything was perfect. Always attentive in case we needed anything and thoughtful. The apartment was perfectly clean. We would definitely return to the same house if we return to Cantabria.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

Everything was great. The house is very nice, in a very quiet and green environment that we really enjoyed. And Silvia was super attentive and kind, willing to help with everything we needed. Hopefully we'll do it again!!! It's very close to Cabárceno and Santillana del Mar, which was what we were going for :)

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

Wow - this is such an amazing place! It's in a secluded, rustic and stunning location and was a fun adventure getting there. We enjoyed lots of lovely nature hikes, and didn't see another sole except for the occasional shepherd. The scenery is stunning, we could have just sat on the terrace looking at the view all day - it was an ever-changing scene and breath-taking. The meadows were full of wildflowers and butterflies, and the woods were full of birdsong. The house itself is so beautifully decorated - a lot of thought and care had gone in to the design of it all. We loved this place and already planning our next trip! Thank you Bea for sharing your wonderful home with us. A practical note: if you're in a hire car make sure you get one with high ground clearance to navigate the track to the house.

The apartment is super nicely located. We sat in the garden a lot and looked at the mountains and the sky, watched cows and butterflies and listened to the birds. The surrounding mountains offer great views. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.

The welcome was as if we were family, very nice and friendly owners, a lot of empathy, a few quiet and very relaxed days. We will definitely return, very (down to earth) thank you very much for your closeness and a big hug.

We stayed only one night in March but everything was great, 1 spacious room and sofa bed for the kids, everything just like the pictures. They have their own parking and each apartment has a balcony or garden to enjoy the good weather. It is only 300m from Santillana so you can walk perfectly, if we are around again we repeat! We had an amazing stay at Ignacio's cabin (much bigger than a cabin). We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room between the 5 bedrooms. The actual home is amazing. It is a vey old farm house that has been updated and modernized, but the stunner is the view. Five days there and it never got old. Such a huge view, yet complete privacy. The big surprise was how cute and quaint the town of Lierganes is. We didn't even realize when we booked that it is a designated historical Spanish town of interest. Beautiful architecture and very pleasant to walk around. Ignacio the owner and Sel the hostess were amazing. Sel met us to hand over keys and do a quick walk through. After our first night they both checked-in to see how we were doing. We did have an issue with the neighbors dogs barking through the first night, but we mentioned it to Ignacio and he contacted the neighbor for us and it improved greatly. He also sent us a detailed list of the best "things to do, etc." Amazing
