This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Great house and amazing property in the middle of nowhere with great sunsets and just absolutely idyllic. Very stylish decor. Everything you need. Super nice owners. As already described by others before, the pictures are a bit misleading because you can't exactly distinguish what is private and what is shared. And the wall to the owner could actually be thicker. But all in all, a very strong recommendation!

The home offered what we all needed. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wim was proactive, and provided a complete guide to all things Puglia. Unplugged and unwinding is the way of life in Serranova.

The apartment was immaculate, perfect for two people. The outside space was outstanding and so nice to have in the centre of Lecce. Breakfast outside every morning, and a place to relax, even top up the tan, before going out in the evening. The location could not be better, being at the heart of Lecce, but very quiet in the apartment even when the night-life continues outside. Emilia is a great host and easy to contact.

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
