Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Kyriakos’ place was awesome! It looked even better than the pictures. The host was responsive and helped us with recommendations and everything we needed. The surroundings are peaceful and wonderful. Can’t wait to come again!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oksana’s stunning apartment! Oksana has clearly thought of everything, making our vacation smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The place has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. Not to mention - a gorgeous sea view from a large and comfy balcony (a favourite spot for my family for 21 days). The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was spotless and cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect & relaxing vacation spot! We were in Greece for the first time and are thrilled with the accommodation and the host. The apartment has a very nice location. Very quiet in a residential area with direct sea views. Check-in is done with a numeric code. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that works perfectly, a small kitchen that contains the essentials for two people, shutters, shower gel, etc. Shower and toilet are separate. In general, the building is a very new construction (3 years old during my stay). The best thing was that the host actively approached us after arrival and gave us recommendations for good restaurants and attractions. After consultation with us, the apartment was cleaned daily. The beach and the waterfront of Nea Roda are within walking distance. In general, it is a great location to do things nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Such a wonderful and magical home away from home. A private location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. The home is close to some great restaurants and a supermarket. The amenities were fantastic as Evi really put thought and care into what a guest would need. We were really sad to leave and hope to come back next year. Thank you very much for a special experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Everything was as expected, the Lanlord was nice and sympathic and we could enjoy the morning coffee with a beautiful view on mount Athos.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We spent 15 days in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is on 2 floors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Downstairs a small kitchenette, a very small bathroom (with a great shower), 2 sofas and a TV. There is no dining table in the apartment, but 2 very nice balconies, so we had breakfast in the shade on the smaller one in the morning and enjoyed the sunset on the large and covered balcony in the evening. The garden is magnificent and designed and maintained with a lot of love. The existing barbecues and many seating areas in the garden offer all guests the opportunity to retreat or to seek contact with other guests. We felt super comfortable, George and his family are always ready when there is something to arrange/help and are just super nice! The 2 beaches are 50 -100m away and very nice. We are thrilled and highly recommend it!

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure.
