Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

Престоят ни беше изключително приятен! Жилището е точно както е описано – чисто, уютно и напълно оборудвано с всичко необходимо. Комуникацията с домакина беше бърза и лесна и ни помогна с полезна информация за района. Локацията е отлична. Определено бихме отседнали отново!

Totul a fost peste așteptări mele. Locuinta a fost extrem de curată, rar mai găsești asa ceva. Doamna de acolo este o gazdă și o femeie deosebită și foarte muncitoare, se vede cu ochiul liber ca îi place ceea ce face. O recomand din tot sufletul, este o plăcere să îți petreci concediu în căminul ei.

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Kyriakos dürüst, centilmen ve cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kendi evimiz kadar rahat ettik. Abartısız söylüyorum: Daha önce bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmadım. Kyriakos o kadar tecrübeli ki, her soruma hızla cevap verdi ama bir şey sormama pek gerek kalmadı. Bize harita pinleriyle birlikte, gerekli olabilecek ve önerebileceği her yer, restoran ve plajın listesini attı. Önerdiği her yere hayran kaldık. 3.günün sabahı temiz havlularımızı kapıda asılı bulduk. Biz yorumların aksine evi küçük bulmadık. Mutfakta birkaç kez yemek yedik ve her şeyi rahatça hazırlayabildik. Balkonu dinlenmek için mükemmel. Dolap kıyafetlerimizi rahatça aldı. Yatak rahattı. Biz varmadan klimayı açmıştı ama gerek kalmadı. Geceleri serin ve güzeldi. Bölge sessiz ve sakin. Yakındaki plaj gayet kullanışlı. Araç için şahsi ve gölgelik yer var. Teşekkür ederiz Kyriakos, umarım tekrar geleceğiz!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Il posto è bellissimo, in questa area serve la macchina per spostarsi e raggiungere i servizi. L’host è stato super disponibile e ci ha dato consigli local su dove andare. Tutto corrisponde alle foto

Wir waren das erste Mal in Griechenland und sind begeistert von der Unterkunft und vom Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Sehr ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Der Check in erfolgt durch einen Zahlencode. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer Klimaanlage die einwandfrei funktioniert, einer kleinen Küche die das nötigste für zwei Personen enthält, Rollladen, Duschgel etc. Dusche und WC sind getrennt. Generell handelt es sich bei dem Gebäude um einen sehr neuen Bau (3 Jahre bei meinem Aufenthalt). Das beste war, dass der Gastgeber nach Ankunft aktiv auf uns zukam und uns Empfehlungen für gute Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben hat. Nach Rücksprache mit uns wurde die Wohnung täglich gereinigt. Der Strand sowie die Uferpromenade von Nea Roda sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Generell ist es eine tolle Lage um Unternehmungen in der Nähe durchzuführen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen.

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Such a wonderful and magical home away from home. A private location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. The home is close to some great restaurants and a supermarket. The amenities were fantastic as Evi really put thought and care into what a guest would need. We were really sad to leave and hope to come back next year. Thank you very much for a special experience.

Ik kan de accomodatie van Theo en Anna erg aanraden. We hebben er in het voorseizoen een week verbleven en het erg naar onze zin gehad. Het huis is ruimtelijk, netjes, sfeervol en alles is aanwezig. Theo en Anna hebben ons ruim van tevoren geïnformeerd over de aankomst en overige tips en tricks. Ook kregen we na aankomst heel veel fijne aanbevelingen voor de omgeving. Het contact was heel prettig en we hebben ons erg thuis gevoeld. Hopen nog eens terug te komen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

Tina und August ihr Ehemann sind super Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Strandurlaub mit Kindern. Tina hat uns persönlcih begrüsst und mit meheren kleinen Geschenken willkommengeheissen! Es hatte Strandspielzeug, einen Sonnenschirm und eine Kühlbox in der Wohnung. Der Strand ist umwerfend. Tina hat sich regelmässig erkundigt, ob alles in Orndng ist und sich mit uns unterhalten. Wir kommen sehr gerne an diesen wunderbaren Ort zurück.

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Neos Marmaras. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Am Wochenende kann es hier mal ein bisschen lauter werden, da am Hafen Partys statt finden. Es hat uns super gefallen. Manos war immer erreichbar und ein so liebenswerter Gastgeber. Vielen vielen dank für alles!

Everything was as expected, the Lanlord was nice and sympathic and we could enjoy the morning coffee with a beautiful view on mount Athos.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in Nondas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Da wir Ende Oktober dort waren , waren wir konplett allein am wunderschönen Strand. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich und hatte noch 23 Grad. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Wir waren 15 Tage in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen. Oben gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Matratzen. Unten eine kleine Küchenzeile, ein sehr kleines Badezimmer (mit einer tollen Dusche), 2 Sofas und einen Fernseher. Es gibt keinen Esstisch in der Wohnung, dafür 2 sehr schöne Balkone, so dass wir morgens im Schatten auf dem Kleineren gefrühstückt haben und abends den Sonnenuntergang auf dem großen und überdachten Balkon genossen haben. Der Garten ist grandios und mit viel Liebe gestaltet und gepflegt. Die vorhandenen Grills und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten bieten allen Gästen die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen oder den Kontakt zu andern Gästen zu suchen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, George und seine Familie stehen immer parat, wenn es etwas zu regeln/helfen gibt und sind einfach total nett! Die 2 Strände ist 50 -100m entfernt und sehr schön. Wir sind begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!
