Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).

I loved my stay at the house. André was very attentive with us, the caretaker very good people. The house is close to the beach, you only need to go through the alley and it is already there. In the house there was everything we needed, from bedding, towels, kitchenware, umbrella and beach chair. The house was very clean and organized. So we have a complaint, the pernilongs were to kill, there was no repellent to help, as if we were on beautiful island. Other than that, everything was perfect

Best experience I've ever had in the app !!! The house is perfect, everything is clean, working, organized, from arrival to departure, with a movie theater view and a pier that leaves you by the sea. Ana Paula is always in high demand. However, the big difference was the ride with Adrieli, we closed with her breakfast, lunch and dinner. A perfect cook, everything very well done and delicious. We spent 4 dream days in this paradise, we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay . The house was super clean and well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Breathtaking views. We didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to visiting again.

amazing location, partial sea view from the balcony and just across the street to the beach. It met our need for Wi-Fi, we were able to work and our dogs enjoyed the grassy yard and gave us peace of mind to go out with them safely through the walls and gate. The house is simple, but it was very clean, and you can see that it has undergone minor renovations. The bathroom needs a renovation, more for aesthetics, because everything was working well. The kitchen served us well, and we didn't miss any utensils or facilities. Our contact with hosts is always quick and self check-in is well explained. For rainy days, and we had one, it has a large TV with many channels and the possibility of using streaming services. The neighborhood has no commerce, the closest is a small store on the highway, so basic items have to be brought in. We recommend Guilherme's house and we will certainly return, especially for our dogs, it's hard to find safe and pleasant houses for them and for us.

We were positively surprised by the accommodation, all very well cared for and clean, the house brings the feeling of warmth and our pet has taken great advantage of all the garden space, the hammocks available in the house were a success apart, the house is very close to the sand strip and the whole environment very quiet. Marcelo was very attentive from the beginning, gave us great local tips, we love everything and we will return with ctza.
