Large single-story house with land of 2000 m2, facing the sea. Pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and beachside trees and poolside barbecue. Boat House, foot in the sand & charm...

An old house by boat, built in the 1950s that belonged to the old Belvedere hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth strolling in a canoe. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
