The property is a 15-minute drive to the sea. It offers the guest a stay and rest in a beautiful flower garden and a morning wake up with birdsong. A great starting point for hiking and biking.

This is our home, a small village near Koper(7 min by car away) in the heart of Istria. Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest.
