Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Topeka

Had a great stay, worked perfect for our family, the kids loved the backyard and all the games to play with in extra living room. Would stay again !

The house was very clean and felt very comfortable. Oswaldo responded to my questions very quickly. There are many beautiful house plants inside and out. I would definitely recomend this place and would rent it again myself. In my opinion, the kitchen is absolutely beautiful!!!!! Thank you Benita

We had a great time in Lawrence.! The house was close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk the dog in the neighborhood and people were friendly.

My family and I stayed here to break up an 16+ hour road trip. We ran into severe weather in Oklahoma and arrived in Topeka two hours later than planned. The hosts were responsive and helped us enter the home safely. We only wish we had been able to enjoy the outdoor area. It looked like a great place to relax! We didn't get a chance to check out the pool table in the hangout garage area either but the house was clean and we enjoyed being able to relax and stretch out in the two living areas that are family friendly and comfy.

Charming old farm house! Great yard for the kids to play & a large patio for watching the kids & dinning at. Kitchen was clean and functional. Great place to stay!

Carla your beautiful place was perfect for us as we celebrated our daughter's wedding at the Ranch House Wedding Venue nearby.

Such a great weekend! I came with my husband and 3 daughters and we enjoyed every minute of it. Karen was super kind provided so much more than we had anticipated from bedding to kitchen gadgets and everything in between. It was super relaxing and peaceful our favorite part was getting outside before dark and watching the fireflies. We cannot wait to come back for another relaxing weekend!

my little 5yr old boy and I loved Brian's place! he set up the inflatables for my son to play outside and we had a blast. we also had some much needed peaceful downtime in this inviting and comfy space. My son also caught his first firefly in the backyard that lights up with them in the evening. Beautiful memories made. Everything we needed was supplied, the space was very clean, and comfortable. Brian was extremely helpful during our stay, too. What a terrific spot! We hope to visit again.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to restaurants and cafes, which made it easy to enjoy the neighborhood. The space was clean and had a good amount of room. Just be aware that the stairs leading up to the unit are quite steep, so it may not be ideal if you have heavy bags or mobility concerns. The biggest downside is the noise level. The apartment is on a busy street, and sound carries easily, especially loud voices at night. Not the best choice for light sleepers or anyone looking for a quiet place. That said, it’s a convenient and comfortable stay if location is your priority.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Space was great for my family and the property very clean. We enjoyed the easy access to the walking trail and the convenience of grabbing a coffee and burrito from downstairs. Train noise was the only complaint, but we knew that during booking. Next time if we make another stay, we will bring an air purifier to help with some white noise. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would book again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s graduation! Everything was so nice. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Blaine was a wonderful at communication. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

The place is small but exactly what we needed for graduation weekend. Best value in town for KU events.

Old house charm with modern amenities, mixed with the beautiful community garden next door, made our stay feel like we were on vacation. I totally recommend it! Comfy, cozy, and easy to get into. Also a nice porch to sit out at night or in the morning.

Spacious accommodations. A history buffs dream! You’ll be glad you chose this comfy, interesting loft. Location allows for exploring Leavenworth and Weston! Would stay again!

Had a wonderful girls trip in Lawrence. Loved how close it was to Mass street and the farmers market! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at night.

I have experienced two extended stays at Corbin’s Prairie Condo in Topeka. I will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time I am in Topeka. This condo is in a nice complex with quiet neighbors and plenty of very close parking. The surrounding area is in a very safe neighborhood and I felt comfortable coming and going at all times. The condo itself is just as inviting and comfortable as the pictures. The kitchen has all of the things you need to actually cook and clean up. There is empty cabinet space in the kitchen, and lots of drawers and closet space for your own belongings in the bedroom. This feels like a comfortable home in a way that very few other short-term rentals achieve. There is also easy access to a popular multiuse paved trail system about a block from the condo as well as a popular disc golf course in the same area. Corbin himself is very friendly and super responsive. I can’t say enough about how much I loved staying here.

Host was super responsive, the location was very walkable (would be especially good for football games and graduation), and the price was affordable.

We visited Lawrence for the Big 12 Track & Field Championship and appreciated the comfort of this townhouse. It is close to the trendy restaurants and shops on Massachusetts Street but in a quiet location adjacent to a nice walking trail.

Great stay. Close to several restaurants and bars. Very responsive host.

Very clean and up to date apartment in the downtown area of Lawrence. Highly recommend if visiting downtown Lawrence.
