Newly built single-family home with welcoming architecture and delicious details. The accommodation is furnished with, among other things, 5 spacious bedrooms, two large living rooms, dining room with exit to sunny terrace, nice kitchen, 2 lovely bathrooms, and laundry room with exit. The accommodation is located by the forest in Årøysund, close to great hiking areas, and a five minute walk to several great swimming areas. Several marinas nearby provide access to idyllic archipelago. Walking distance to playgrounds, ball court, and alpine slope in winter. About 12 km to Tønsberg.

Cozy townhouse within walking distance of the town centre

The house is "close to everything" i.e. in the immediate vicinity of the city, the sea and the forest. Only 10 minutes walk from the city center and the pier. The tea forest is the closest neighbor, and Kaldnes Brygge is right on the street. Large terrace around the house, dining area, gas barbeque, and garden furniture for relaxing. In the living room there is big TV and music system. The beds are of good quality with great comfort. The house is well-maintained and manicured. Partially refurbished, something new and something old with a good atmosphere both inside and outside.

Cozy townhouse with garden in the immediate vicinity of the city center. It takes only 3-5 minutes to walk to the pier. From the house you have walking distance to several different activities such as cozy Teieskogen and Kaldnes city beach. In the city center you will find a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also walking distance to nice hiking areas, saunas located in the Oslo fjord as well as several playgrounds. Basement floor is the past under renovation but there is access to the toilet and laundry room with shower.

Forget your worries at this spacious and peaceful place. Here you can sit on one of the balconies and enjoy the sun, the newspaper and your morning coffee. Close proximity to the shop and nature with great hiking areas and play areas for both big and small. Tønsberg center is easily accessible, either 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus. The townhouse of 80 square meters is over 2 levels and well equipped with 3 nice bedrooms, spacious kitchen and good living room. Parking right outside the door.

The house is located in an attractive residential area. Great view towards Tønsberg, Nesbryggen/Foynland strait as well as the Oslo fjord. Spacious patio of 2 acres plot. Sun from morning to night. Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Short way to the bus and grocery store. A great starting point for exploring nice beaches as well as the wonderful archipelago around Nøtterøy and Tjøme. 5 km into Tønsberg city centre. Sports space, golf course, etc. in the immediate vicinity. A good space for summer!

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Fjellmo er et idyllisk tømmerhus i et landlig og kystnært område, ca. en km til vakre Verdens Ende og 400 meter til Færder nasjonalpark (Moutmarka). På Verdens Ende er det restaurant, nasjonalparksenter og kulturarrangement. Sydspissen av Tjøme har en spektakulær natur med med svaberg, blomsterenger, og hav så langt øyet kan se. Lovely little house- right on the beach

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.
