A very comfortable and cozy place, in my opinion, centrally located and close to many places in Toluca as well as the road to take public transport. The place was always very clean, it has several utensils and materials in case the stay is long. The bathroom is very nice and spacious, it is very well furnished.

Excellent place to stay, the host is always attentive and attentive to requests. The accommodation is one of the few with independent parking, fabulous for the stay. Thank you for your service.

The apartment makes you feel at home, the beds are comfortable, the armchairs in the living room too, I liked the decoration a lot, it has a selection of books if you like, the kitchen apart from the necessary utensils has basic things for cooking that you don't find in many accommodations, such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, teas. It is very close to a suburban train station and close to Alameda 2000, which was what we were looking for. I definitely recommend the accommodation.

Overall, the stay was excellent

The place is very nice. It is very convenient that each bedroom has its own bathroom. But I don't recommend it for the elderly, as there are several stairs to access it. The only observation, I think it could improve cleanliness, it wasn't dirty. There was only dust. But otherwise, the area and the place were fine.

A very good place to stay, I would definitely stay again, private and quiet, and in a great location, you can walk to the squares and other places, as well as quick exits to other destinations

A super quiet place, I was here for 2 weeks for work in the industrial park and I always felt super comfortable and safe, Edgar and his wife were always very attentive to all the questions I had and the house is very spacious and beautiful. Everything is in great condition and the small studio was perfect for working all day. Being a gated community, everything is super quiet and guarded. The neighbors are very friendly. In general, perfect as an alternative to a hotel for work.

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!
