Hospital two blocks away. We offer a great cost benefit. The colony is not the most exclusive but you find everything very close by. We do not have parking

A very comfortable and cozy place, in my opinion, centrally located and close to many places in Toluca as well as the road to take public transport. The place was always very clean, it has several utensils and materials in case the stay is long. The bathroom is very nice and spacious, it is very well furnished.

The apartment makes you feel at home, the beds are comfortable, the armchairs in the living room too, I liked the decoration a lot, it has a selection of books if you like, the kitchen apart from the necessary utensils has basic things for cooking that you don't find in many accommodations, such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, teas. It is very close to a suburban train station and close to Alameda 2000, which was what we were looking for. I definitely recommend the accommodation.

The place is very nice. It is very convenient that each bedroom has its own bathroom. But I don't recommend it for the elderly, as there are several stairs to access it. The only observation, I think it could improve cleanliness, it wasn't dirty. There was only dust. But otherwise, the area and the place were fine.

A super quiet place, I was here for 2 weeks for work in the industrial park and I always felt super comfortable and safe, Edgar and his wife were always very attentive to all the questions I had and the house is very spacious and beautiful. Everything is in great condition and the small studio was perfect for working all day. Being a gated community, everything is super quiet and guarded. The neighbors are very friendly. In general, perfect as an alternative to a hotel for work.

Was in town to see family and this house fit our needs perfectly. Paco was responsive and clear on the check in process. It is a residential area in a quiet corner. Only thing that we were not crazy about is not having a convenience store nearby. Recommended.
