Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it's a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. Iliana’s place was absolutely spotless, from the bedroom, kitchen , living area and bathroom. I’m a bit particular and usually can find something wrong but couldn’t find any issues with this beautiful place. We were greeted with delicious chocolate chip cookies and chocolate in our towel basket. Bed was super comfortable and Iliana even set up a blow up mattress for my friend so we didn’t have to sleep in one bed, I found that very thoughtful. Linens and towels were freshly washed. Such easy location too, I get lost really easily and thought it would be a challenge to check in in the dark stormy night, but it wasn’t. The roommate was also very polite, what else can you ask for? I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

She was a great host! east to communicative and very friendly. I also had a special request to have flowers ordered for my wife, she went above and beyond to pick up the flowers and deliver it to the homestead. We hope to stay again soon.
