Close to the train station to get around Madrid

I loved it, I would stay again. The only two things that could be improved are the shower (the drain doesn’t work) and the upstairs A/C. It kept turning off on its own. Otherwise, it’s been one of my fav airbnbs in Europe.

Lovely place and neighbourhood. All the essentials were provided for cooking and cleaning. Idalen was able to accommodate our very late arrival time which was much appreciated as it was past midnight.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Perfect location. short walk up hill to restaurants, pubs and sights. We really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace.

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Lucia was responsive and very helpful. She was very approachable and friendly.

This was my FAVORITE stay while we were in Madrid/Barcelona! Ruth’s place is clean & contemporary & the neighborhood has an artsy, fun vibe. The beds were fairly comfortable and we loved being able to open the window at the terrace for a breeze. The elevator was also nice as my senior mother was having a tough time with all the walking. I will definitely book again when I come back to Spain! Thank you for a great stay.

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. The place where it is located is very nice and pleasant for resting. If we have to give a rating from 1 to 10, we'll give you the maximum. Thanks to Luis and wife.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of several days, and it is also very conveniently located. Two blocks from the building are the main subway stations and it is very easy to walk to emblematic places such as La Almudena, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or Sol. The apartment is small but very comfortable. Laura has known how to make the most of the space. The internet connection is excellent, in case you need to work and good bandwidth is required.
