The location is great, breakfast at the super rich juice bowl, the only thing is that the church is one block away from the bell bells if you wake up early, parking is more on the street

The space was better than in the photos, I was the first to stay in the renovated loft. Hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, all the amenities working perfectly, the bed was very comfortable. Pepe is a warm person with a sincere interest in making the stay ideal for his guests. The neighborhood is safe, and with a lot of restaurants as well as a supermarket across the street. I recommend it 100%.

A very nice room and right in the center, a few blocks from all the squares and tourist places. The bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom is very good, a very nice and comfortable room. For the entrance, you just have to follow the instructions well and everything is ok. I really liked it.

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice area, pretty quiet, cute place with a small terrace. If you have any mobility issues at all, the caracol and stairs inside will be too much. I'd stay here again for sure.

Nice little studio, in a nice relaxed part of town very private, great if you have a car since you can park under the building. The bedroom upstairs is nice with a tv. and A/C. They were very understanding when I arrived an hour late for check out and cleaning lady was courteous enough to bring down my thing to the couch as she had to do her job. Only thing being I wish there was a tv downstairs and just being careful walking down the stairs in socks since they’re slick metal steps. But overall very quiet with minimal noise from the train around noon

The apartment has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen for any need, the washer and dryer were easy to use, there is laundry soap, towels for the dryer, the whole apartment is super equipped, the only bad thing was the noise but otherwise everything was excellent, there was no need to contact the host, since everything was perfect.

The studio is just as described. Very comfortable and perfectly situated in an excellent neighborhood.

Very nice accommodation, Roberto took care of me very well, he gave me clear instructions on how I could access it and was attentive when I had problems 100% unrelated to him (it rained and the power went out, he helped me file a report with CFE and in less than 1 hour the problem was solved) if I go back to Guadalajara, I will definitely stay here again

It is easily accessible with 3 electronic doors, the place is very spacious with an integrated kitchen, it has a portable air conditioner and has dishes/glasses/pans, soap and toilet paper, everything!

The host was always attentive, the place is very nice and matches its description.
