My wife and I have stayed in many Airbnb's in many countries, and this airy serene retreat overlooking the most beautiful square in Mexico City is far and away our favorite. I've now stayed there twice and can't wait to go back. The neighborhood, Roma Norte, is one of the shadiest, most lively and most walkable anywhere we have traveled, filled with great art, restaurants, street food and people watching. We could live there tomorrow, and the Penthouse, with its view of the trees and fountain the square and its dreamy private rooftop, is the best possible place to stay. Highest possible recommendation.

Monica is an amazing host! Very accessible and always attentive to what we need from the first day of our stay. Try to have the apartment with all the comforts we need to feel at home, in addition to giving us great recommendations for places to visit nearby. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

Perfectly located if you want to be in the middle of the action in one of the busiest neighborhoods in CDMX. Lots to do within footsteps of the apt. The apartment was spotless, and well equipped for your typical stay. One thing of note is that you are on a busy street, and will have some noise noticeable in the apartment. I’m from New York and that is par for the course for me, but some might have trouble with it. The bed rooms are located towards the back of the apartment so I didn’t have any issues sleeping. This apartment is in a very lively neighborhood so you should spend as much time as you can outside enjoying it.

The location, the accommodation is very clean, the building is very quiet, no noise, many places to eat nearby, and Lina's service is 5 stars, we will definitely come back, my family was very happy. Thank you Lina for your attention.

Wonderful location and rooftop.

The apartment is the same as described and is in great condition. Everything new, modern and clean. We can use the pool and hot tub without problems, as well as the other common spaces in the building. We found everything very clean and pleasant. We were treated very well by the receptionists and the building's residents. We felt at home! Communication with the host was super quick and effective. The only downside is that the apartment is in the back, meaning there is no view from the balcony and windows. Other than that, we thought everything was perfect! I highly recommend it, if you don't mind being further away from downtown and spending a little more on Uber :)

The apartment is in a quiet place and allows you to relax. The security staff at the entrance are very friendly. Patricia's instructions were clear and I was able to check in early! Patricia answers any questions about the apartment accurately and quickly.

The apartment is very well located near tourist places, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is very nice and has everything you need, it is also close to restaurants and public transport. My favorite thing was the service, they were always attentive and respond very quickly.

Great location, walkable but also 10-15 minutes from the angel of independence & a bus stop. There is a lot of food nearby, from restaurants to street vendors and also coffee shops. So glad I stayed here vs Condesa/Roma Norte. 7-eleven and oxxo were also very close by. Would recommend this airbnb/location for solo travelers or women travelers. My friend and I felt very safe and the security personnel was friendly and helpful. Loved the private rooftop/patio as well, it was perfect to catch a sunset or enjoy a meal.

The place was great, just like in the photos, when entering and leaving everything was great, the directions were clear, Monica was always attentive, and she helped us a lot, she was always attentive to see if we needed anything, I totally recommend the place

I loved the location, the Tacubaya subway station is a 10-minute walk and just outside there are buses that leave you on the avenue in 3 minutes. Good location, easy to access and plenty of transportation to get around. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is simple but very tasty.

A piece of serenity amid a busy city, you will feel right at home. Mauricio was kind and helpful. His cozy place helped me sleep well and had all the amenities for a long/short stay. The position of the desk was perfect for bird watch too.
