The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Very spacious and luxurious villa, literally a stone's throw from the sea. Walking distance to very child-friendly beach which also lends itself well for teenagers with jetties and jumping tower. A very lovely patio. The house has three floors where the bottom floor can be used as a private apartment if you want it, with its own kitchen, toilet, bedroom. In total the house has 5 bedrooms. Two double beds and 3 120 cm beds. There is a trampoline for the kids. A wood fired hot tub.
