Welcome to this cozy cottage of about 50 m2, with a private location next to a Nature Reserve, a few km from Rönnängs Brygga on southernmost Tjörn! The cottage is furnished with living room/kitchen and two separate bedrooms – one double bed in one and single bed + bunk bed in the other room + sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a dining area and various kitchen equipment, however, the water is not drinkable. The toilet has incineration and shower. In the living room there is TV and exit to spacious terrace. The house was renovated outside during spring 2020.

Distance to the main town of Skärhamn is 9 km and about 65 km to Gothenburg.

Cozy cottage located in fantastic Bohuslän with proximity to both nature and city experiences. In a 5-minute walk, you can get to cliffs with fantastic viewpoints. 15 minutes to the swimming area. Playground and nice forest walks just around the corner. In 35 minutes drive you get to Gothenburg and in 20 minutes with car to Marstrand. There is good wifi 100/100 Mbps. The cottage is located in a quiet area and can act as a good home office. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are available for purchase.

Närmaste matbutik ca 10 min bort med bil och ca 45 min från Göteborg. Saltvattenpoolen är uppvärmd under sommarmånaderna och gräsmattan inbjuder till diverse utomhuslekar. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar är inkluderat. Städning av badrum, kök, golv mm görs av gästerna innan man lämnar boendet.

Private house 70 meters from the sea on car-free Dyrön!

Our house is 70 m from the sea. You just wrap yourself in a towel and walk down to the child-friendly beach or to the lovely rocks with trampoline. 5 minutes walk away is the sauna where you can enjoy the sea from the sauna window. The island is car-free, with a calm that is unbeatable. Yet there are amenities such as ICA store, restaurants, mini golf course and kiosk. Around the island there is a lovely hiking trail and if you are lucky, you come across mufflon sheep on the way.

Quietly near the sea, 30 min from Gothenburg

In a natural location, with grazing cows and the sea bay as a view is this 50s holiday home. Sun for breakfast on one side of the house and sunset to enjoy on the other side. We welcome both adults and families with children. Rörtång's swimming area 2,5 km away, is especially suitable for somewhat older children bathing from the jetty and likes crab fishing. Also our garden is child-friendly with a lawn, large trampoline and balls etc. to borrow (but not fenced with fences.)

En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.

Traditional charming farm house, Tjörn

A charming west coast house from 1920 located in Rörastrand on the island Tjörn. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk (2 minuters by car) to the nearest bathing area, which offers both a small child-friendly bay (perfect place for crab fishing, by the way) and cliff bathing from a nearby island (accessible via a jetty).
